Fixed shipping costs in Canada.

Canada : 15$

Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. Delivery is only available in Canada. The free shipping with a minimum purchase amount of 150$ applies to Quebec only.

PICK UP AT OUR STUDIO

Studio pickup option is free. When the order is ready for pickup, a link will be sent to reserve a time slot for pickup.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If a product is no longer available at the time of processing your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

SHIPPING

Online purchases are shipped via Canada Post, Purolator, Nationex or Courant +. For orders located within a 5km radius of the studio, in Montreal, local delivery is often done directly by a member of the team without a tracking number.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE 

Please contact us within 14 days after delivery for any return or exchange. The product must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in its original condition. Items that are damaged due to installation or a bad use of the product are not eligible for this policy.  

Buyer is responsible for delivery fees. If the product is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. All sale sales are final. Please note that the delivery charges are not refundable.

CUSTOMER RESPONSABILITY

Maisonnette will assume responsability for delivery fees if the products you have ordered are delivered damaged, defective or with an error. In any other case, the buyer is responsible for the shipping, handling and packaging costs necessary to return an item.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or sent to the wrong address.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes cannot be combined. An order can only benefit from one discount at a time. 

Promotions do no apply to previous purchases.
